No, I think it's great. If I were playing with a proxy deck in a legacy tournament, I'd probably throw a few in, just to really rub it in.

Chain of Vapor and Rescue so you can return Stasis to your hand at the end of their turn, allowing you to untap your stuff before you play stasis again. Forsaken City and Howling Mine is another way to keep stasis alive. Daze lets you return your tapped islands so you can play them and have mana next turn..

Great suggestions, smackjack. Thank you! This deck is working like a charm as is, but all of those would add to the fun.

Lhurgyof: Great suggestion. The mana cost is a bit high for this deck, but once it's cast everything untaps anyway, so it's practically a free cast. I'll think about adding it in here.

I saw the title, and expected to see a Soraya the Falconer . Wasn't super depressed though, solid deck!!

arimondry Yeah, I had debated putting her in here earlier (I've since reset the comment thread), and we decided that we didn't necessarily want to beef up the falcons, and banding is no longer supported. It would be fun to play around with, though.

I would replace both the Chain Stasis with Gigadrowse . And what about Blind Obedience ?

ConfusedMandarin and RubyStrings: good suggestions. I've added the Courier Hawk to the maybeboard, though I don't know how well he'll get along with the falcons.

I probably won't use Gigadrowse with chain stasis because I need Chain Stasis to untap my own creatures just as much as I might need it to tap my opponent's. Blind Obedience would be worth running, though it only applies to creatures and artifacts.

Why not run Meekstone ? Makes sure their creatures that are bigger than yours don't attack ever again. Also if you are running Stasis , why not run some bounce land cards like Daze , Gush , Thwart . It is like a pseudo-untap and can be a real life saver in some cases right (it also ensures you almost always having stasis)? I mean you could make the deck mono-blue, but I get you want to stick with the concept, also if you are going dual colored definitely run Blind Obedience like ConfusedMandarin said. Also halla out to Winter Orb for additional land lock down.

+1, Yay! A blue legacy deck I an afford! A copy of Serra Avenger could add a little more power.

I have created a more competitive version of this deck. The Falconer! 2.0 (Competitive).

Thanks for the +1 and the constructive comments, hisaoawesome. Serra Avenger would also be a great add to this deck.

RubyStrings: I pulled a foil Courier Hawk during a Conspiracy draft today (it was my first pick from my first booster. I just knew I had to have it for this. I didn't play with it (my deck ended up being Rakdos), but it made me very happy.

Oh, nice.

A little off topic, but did you pull anything else good?

I ended up getting two Exploration s and my girlfriend got a foil Council's Judgment, I was really jealous.

She traded the judgment for cash and I traded the explorations for a Pernicious Deed .

Lhurgyof: Not so much from the Conspiracy packs, but I came in 2nd place and won two standard booster packs, and I had a couple of mythic rares and a Reflecting Pool from that. Nothing I'd want to hang onto that much, so I traded them for store credit for stuff I want right away. There are some great cards in Conspiracy, if you normally like to play Legacy or Casual. Which I do.

Yeah, I normally play EDH, and there's a lot of gems for the format in Conspiracy.

Wow, that's pretty damn good. I got first because I dropped two Pelakka Wurm s, Victimize d them back, and dropped a third wurm.
