Gotcha! I was trying to see what edge he had over the wall in here.

Why do you use tolaria west. Given that you only have mana crypt as the only non land 0 cmc you have,

PandaZerg: Tolaria west can tutor for lands too...I have a few important ones that I can get like Volrath's Stronghold.

How much work is Knight-Captain of Eos doing for you? My playgroup has a large amount of creature decks in it and I think it could of some use for me, but I was curious how it was doing for you?

BlackyMTG:

For me, Knight-Captain of Eos has won me multiple games!

And it also has driven my opponents crazy :P

You can also use it in a very political way to save one of your opponents from combat damage.

But the best usage of this card was for me after I played Ixidron. They started to attack each other to let their commanders die (because they were all 2/2 :P ). But I denied this with Knight-Captain of Eos :)

BlackyMTG: dommes89 has touched on most points why Knight-Captain of Eos is amazing. In addition to that, it also protects Aminatou from losing loyalty through combat damage and is another infinite mana/flicker outlet to win. Obviously, if your meta is less combat-centric this card may not be as amazing.

What do you think about Wall of Omens > Mulldrifter? You draw one less card, but you get an early blocker which in my experience has been an issue.

September 5, 2018 9:55 p.m.

Enral says... #10

BlackyMTG: Not a fan honestly...my meta isn't that fast for me to worry about taking too much damage early game. I also don't depend on Aminatou early game and favor more on getting my setup going.

Hmmmm... did you really Kaya in your deck? She blink only creatures so she is weaker than Venser. Why you don't run Flicker instead? You could run infinite with this, Aminatou and Salvager of Secrets/ Archaeomancer.

September 8, 2018 10:25 a.m.

Enral says... #12

Omega505: Kaya has been doing great in my deck and functions more than flickering creatures as she is an infinite outlet, draws me cards, and can temporary Nerf a powerful creature in play. Flicker only hits one Target so it basically does nothing when you flicker archaeomancer. It's also the worse flicker spell to play since it's sorcery speed

Omega505 says... #13

Flicker can remove Aminatou, then she can blink Archeomancer and repeat the process. But still, I didn't notice it;s sorcery :x

How well do you think Karmic Guide could perform? Same CMC as Reveillark, and can get any single creature back from the graveyard.

September 9, 2018 4:56 p.m.

Enral says... #15

Odysseus_97: A previous user brought up Karmic Guide too...I don't really like it in this deck as it is essentially an expensive reanimate due to the echo cost. Even if I were to pay the echo cost, I would still have to pay it every time I flicker it. Without a dedicated sac outlet/graveyard strategy, Karmic Guide is too clunky and is not worth the spot.

Hi. What would be your answer should an opponent exile your graveyard?

September 10, 2018 11:52 p.m.

PandaZerg says... #17

For the context of my earlier comment, im running your list (thanks btw. Its awesome) but now im the archenemy of my pod. What they're consistently doing is killing my creatures and exiling my yard. Im thinking of adding pull from eternity

Enral says... #18

PandaZerg: As long as you don't over extend, having some creatures exiled shouldn't set you back too much. I've had games where I had my graveyard exiled twice and still won. Make sure to always have a backup plan and don't dump your hand into play and you should be fine. Hope that helps.

What do you think of the newly spoiled "Dream eater" = a Venser with Surveil 4 ? (But sadly 2 CMC more)

What do you think of Surveil in general?

September 11, 2018 1:14 a.m.

Enral says... #20

dommes89: Not a fan of that card in Aminatou because of the CMC and it's worse than venser. Venser can target a spell but dream eater can't. Also I think surveil works much better in a graveyard centric strategy like Muldrotha.

Omega505 Kaya kills everyone when you go infinite (her -1), and as basic recursion and value, her -2 lets you draw and empties your opponents hand and then you flicker her with Aminatou to do it again.

blindes1984 so I need have Aminatou, Kaya, Felidar and Panharmonicon to do so, yes?

How do you deal with your oath of Tenerife being destroyed?

September 15, 2018 3:53 p.m.

Enral says... #24

zer0peace: This deck has multiple win cons and doesn't necessarily depends on that combo to win but if it's destroyed I can get it back with Emeria Shepherd later in the game. There's also Panharmonicon as a backup infinite combo piece if needed.

Thanks for all the work on this! How is the curve working out? It looks a little high. You're running about the same amount of ramp I do in decks with a much lower curve. If the ramp is dead late game I just shuffle it away.
