The Final Dilation (Azorius Control)

Standard WU (Azorius)

Sideboard

I'm going by memory on this, but it was so much to fun, but I could tell it had it's downsides. Any improvements are appreciated. The idea is to be control, going into mind's dilation, all the while putting good things on top of your opponents library, which will increase the likelihood of you getting their good card--for example using not forgotten to put a planeswalker on top, followed by a land on top so they may feel forced to cast or at least give up a turn.I Use Descend as a board wipe.Originally I mained void shatter, but found most decks run small creatures, so went to horribly awry, and sided void shatter for Bruna/Gisela & Avacyn. I also found it useful to bottom an opponents zombie with not forgotten. Win-cons can be mind's dilation, and roil spout at awaken can also be very useful, removing a creature and having haste to take down a planeswalker if necessary. I thought about running disperse, but I don't want cards in hand as much as on top of their library, but they would be useful against planeswalkers.Descend can be a win-con, but you'd rather have starfish on the board, you'll always have 2, warped landscape gives 3 but is better than wilds as it still produces mana if you don't need the board wipe, and allows you to leave mana open on your opponents turn.Deck has been at least matching up well, but dilation can be hit or miss if you're not fixing their library. all in all, irregardless it is super fun to play.Side includes catalog if you know you need delirium-enabled descend, void shatter for bigger creatures, negates for mirror & spell-centered decks & maybe coco, Oath of Jace for more scry, engulf for more board stall.

Suggestions

Updates Add

-1 catalog, -2 oath of jace. The deck scrys enough as is, so taking other scry out for more removal that also helps delirium seemed like a solid move, and really anticipate and scry helps with the card draw more than catalog, as id you draw 3 good cards you're forced to discard one--sure you can not forgotten it back, but angelic purge gives you a surefire way to remove and remove exactly wht you want--which is in most cases a land, possibly a starfish if you really need delirium and are waiting on descend.
