Bovine073,
It's nice to see the deck back!

Where's the unhinged cards?! Double Header or Ow or Frazzled Editor? Funniest flavour texts.

My personal favourite - Laughing Hyena.

No love for Carnival of Souls? One of my favorite flavor texts in all of magic.

How about a Satyr Piper? I'm also a fan of Carnival of Souls and Deranged Assistant is in a similar vein.

My favorite flavor text is Unsummon, but only the M13 version.

Awesome list though! Tons of fun to read through!

Honorable mention: Assault Strobe

A little upsetting to see Raging Goblin so low.

Not sure if Lightning Bolt or Mana Leak - as you've shown them here - are humorous at all.

Mighty Leap because the text goes perfectly with the art. And on the goblin side of things Goblin Tinkerer and Goblin Welder are both pretty funny, with Welder being the stronger of the two IMHO.

Hydrax you beat me to Assault Strobe

December 21, 2015 11:19 a.m.

Distress needs to be on this list.

Also Hapless Researcher and Burning Inquiry are very funny.

Also this list seems very goblin intensive. Goblins are funny don't get me wrong but most of the funniest flavor texts are not goblins.

Also the top five, while funny, seems all off. Or almost all off. Gorilla Titan and Reparations are definitely in. The other three should be Distress, Deranged Assistant, and Carnival of Souls.

Tata, a little something called situational irony, I have a few sentences about it in one of the spoilers.

Thanks guys for commenting, and I do love Assault Strobe.

Dr.Woodenstein, thank you for your opinions, but sadly I can't please everyone. I will certainly put Distress and I will give Burning Inquiry and Carnival of Souls some more thought, as they have both been mentioned before. Deranged Assistant just seems a bit dark, noot really all that humorous. Hope you can understand :)

Loyalty, I had thought about the unhinged cards but I mean, those were made to be funny and aren't technically real cards, I figure if someone wants to read all those I can just put a link to the set page in my description or something.

No Show and Tell? Still though, great deck +1 from me!

Also, Mighty Leap!

Yeah, I've been thinking about Mighty Leap, cards that I think would could be good candidates but I need to decide what they should go in for I keep them in the suggestions box, and don't remove them. I like Show and Tell a bit more than Mighty Leap, though. But I will have to see if more people suggest Leap, then I'll put it in as opposed to Show and Tell.

How is this not on here?

Counterspell [DD2]

The pyromancer summoned up her mightiest onslaught of fire and rage. Jace feigned interest.

Bovine073 says... #24

It's because the Counterspell flavor text easily beats it out.
