So I saw a great Standard flash deck, built by user:http://tappedout.net/users/Lordeh/,and since I don't play Standard ATM, I wanted to build off this deck and create a Pioneer build from it.

I also just finished reading a novel called The Fisherman, by John Langan, https://www.google.com/books/edition/The_Fisherman/0ETIjwEACAAJ?hl=en and it is a book with loads of cosmic horror. So I wanted to also theme this deck a bit.

Let's just say there are a lot of things that go bump in the night, as well as Deep Ones, Elder Gods and some poor fools that got caught in the middle of it.

Testing this deck, you can really get rolling about turn three. You start with you small Sailors, followed by the Cutthroat, and once you get either Cunning Nightbonder or Slitherwisp out it gets stupid fast.

Then you chain the Elder Deep Fiend onto a Borrower, or Slitherwisp, and go from there.

Lochmere Serpent is in the deck because I want this card to work, and if you sac an Island, it's really game over. This card could be cut, and replaced with more removal, hand disruption or Ashiok or Liiana.
