Tibalt likes playing games of chance, but he likes it even more when the odds are in his favor.

Stack the deck with Brainstorm or the control over discard Library of Leng gives you over the looting effects from your planeswalkers, the draw option on Izzet Charm or the wheel effect of Reforge the Soul to set up your miracles (which will also ensure any Delver of Secrets   flip over in a timely manner as well).

You're looking to rig the deck for damage with Thunderous Wrath for it's miracle cost to drop the price of Chandra's Incinerator, as 5 straight to the face and putting a 6/6 on the board at the bargain price of is a pretty good deal. Extra turns from Temporal Mastery can give safe turns to drop your PW's on, wile leaving your mana open to protect yourself and your PW's with Lightning Bolt, Izzet Charm , and Swerve. Incinerator's effect adds bonus value mopping creatures off the board from future burn spells or the direct damage pops from both PW's.

Swerve isn't the best option, but it is a fun and flavorful one in the casual bubble where this deck lives. It would be better with a hard counter in that slot, but 'stop hitting yourself!' is more quintessential Tibalt.

I'd love to add actual Wheel of Fortune or Gamble , perhaps in a mono-red version of this, but they're out of my price range, and I wanted to play blue.
