Ok, so, looking at recent lists for Delver that have topped, the established creature base seems to be 4 Delver 4 Snap 3 Tasigur 1 Gurmag 2 young Pyro, some lists do run 1 clique.
Kind of surprised at the lack of remand in a lot of lists, 1-2 electrolyze and Kolaghan's make frequent appearances. 1 murderous cut seems common, as does collective brutality. Spell Snare looks like the go-to counterspell now. 4 though scour, 4 serum visions is good draw power. But I'm surprised that on top of no remand they don't run thoughtseize/inquisition. Or Jace for that matter. No walkers in sight. This is with a quick browse of mtgdecks.net.
My, my, Delver has changed a lot.

How is this deck unfocused? I'm confused on that. It has all the things in it that delver wants. Bob sucks in delver don't us him. Swiftspear and the other humans are fine for a prowess build but not as a grixis delver deck.

And the only reason delver doesn't have inquisition/ Thoughtseize is because it barely has space for all the stuff it needs normally, Thoughtseize is good in sb though. It's just not worth cutting anything else for is what I'm trying to say.

All I'd really say is get a second Steam Vents, run another Young Pyro and find space for an Electrolyze or 2.

I agree with all of of those except in my opinions 1 electrolyze and 1 forked bolt is better than 2 electrolyze. I disagree with that completely though unless your meta has a lot of x/1's

Wow, thank you guys for all these suggestions. I really like the idea of adding an electrolyze.
What to take out?
First of all, what to what to take out for the fourth thought scour?

I don't like remand but I know it's popular in these types of decks. Countersquall might be a challenge to cast so maybe negate instead of that

I think maybe two more lands would be good, as you are basically a tempo deck, and 19 is not a lot, with that many you are likely to get about 2 lands in your opening hand, and you really want around three.

I disagree push is the best removal in years a full playset is required

Dear Dabean27,
thank you for commenting and suggesting. I agree that Fatal Push is one of the most exciting addition. I currently play two copies but if it proofs to be THE card we might expect it to be further additions will be made. I can easily imagine to run three. I can't see a playset at the moment. Even though modern is a fast format do we stumble on high cmc creatures from time to time. Terminate is the card which takes care of these.
Thank you
Knud

Dear Wonky.wombat.,
thank you for sharing your opinion.
I disagree! Starting with two mana is fine since we do not need land number three before turn three!
Half of my deck can be cast with one mana. If I go back to playing a Creeping Tar Pit more lands could be useful but I am satisfied about my draws at the moment.
Keep it up and suggest your ideas since we are all profiting on it.

if your not playing a multiple amount of pyromancer then why are you playing it in the first place.

This is my list that Kevin Jones and Ryan Overturf both help me make while talking to them at an Open. The only difference between this list and what they play is a terminate for a dismember

also wasting space for ancestral visions is just that. your a temp deck and why delver cant support ancestral in the side in the first place because it is such a huge tempo loss when you go turn 1 vision instead of hold up like Spell Snare or a cantrip. also Anger of the gods is really bad because it kills your board as well. If it is hate for dredge I recommend Surgical Extraction great with Snapcaster Mage and young pyromancer and is incidentally good in other matchups.

Blood Moon also seems really bad as it hurts our mana base a lot and yeah it shuts down tron for like three turns but I would rather have perfect mana base. Instead of Vampiric Link try another Collective Brutality its great for all the aggressive turn 4 decks in Modern. No more than 2 in the 75 because they can be clunky if you draw two in the opener. Another thing to surgical is that works really well with those Fulminator Mage you have in the board.

Something to think about that is better than Ancestral is Desolate Lighthouse because card selection is better than just raw card draw.

if you don't want my advice that is fine just some suggestions to look into if you are getting ready for a big tournament.

Thanks YamishiTheWickedOne,
I am also not playing the confidant. They match my delve creatures quite poor. Furthermore do I want to keep my creature count as low as possible!
I love and played with the thought of a human tribal but would play Izzet with humans.
