A deck idea that pulls from decks by cyphus and user:Figag.

Bounce lands and counter spells until you can get out Elite Arcanist and exile/copy the trippy time card, Time Stop. Once you can cast this each turn, you will basically win the game: just keep ending your opponent's turn before they can do anything, while you keep taking turns until you get out another creature to whittle away their life (Runechanter's Pike helps speed up the process). Cryptic Command is another great spell to copy, but it won't automatically win you the game.

Jace's Archivist, Howling Mine, Sleight of Hand, and Halimar Depths ensure you never run out of spells.

I have two more Trinispheres in the sideboard for weenie decks mostly. If I sub the two of those in, they replace Runechanter's Pike and Vedalken Shackles. Because of the new 3 CMC minimum, Dissipate replaces Mana Leak if they are rocking graveyard shenanigans, and Dissolve if they aren't. Sleight of Hand is replaced with Divination.
