I'm really looking for a good way to deal with Nightveil Specter since I'm not running turbo-fog. This is a card that is really very good and versatile and I've been seeing more of lately with the surge in blue/black devotion. Izzet Charm doesn't kill it, and Selesnya Charm can't exile it. I'm thinking Rapid Hybridization as the best targeted removal I can do that isn't Abrupt Decay , since I'd prefer to still try to keep this deck budget.
