After may a wonderful suggestion, I decided to clean up the comments.
I have been thinking of cutting Kuon, Ogre Ascendant Flip and Infernal Darkness. I think darkness is good, but it doesn't fit the casual nature I want this deck to be able to have.kuon, however, is not good here. He really only works I I boardwipe and keep him alive, then have a way of getting creatures back every turn. Even then, it just doesn't work well.
Suggestions for replacements would be awesome. I might chuck Infernal Darkness in the sideboard to deal with unfun decks.
I do want to add her, but I don't know if I can afford her. Maybe I can trade for her though. For the time being, she is gonna go into the maybeboard.

is extort legal in mono black, even if the cost is B/W? I was told not...

Firstly, Extort is legal in Mono-black, yes.
Second, I'd recommend looking into ways of giving your general fear, or intimidate. You might also consider a few mana-rocks like Sol Ring or Thran Dynamo. I recommend having between 6-8 for this list. Otherwise, she's at her best when doing damage to a player, so buffing her up, and making her unblockable can't be bad. Saying that, I'll include a lit here of cool cards you could consider.

Running Extraplanar Lens and switching to Snow-Covered Swamps would help. Acceleration, ftw!

Thank you. Extraplanar Lens is something I totally missed. I think I can make the snow covered stuff fit the price, too.

A challanger approaches! I see I have a rival. I wish you luck in your endeavor.

I know it's a bit of a budget stretch (and not a rat), but in any deck with lots of sacrifices happening, Liliana, Heretical Healer Flip is great. In the early game, she can defend your life total, and once she flips, she controls your opponent's hand and digs up your dead things. In addition, if she ultimates, you can get insane value off cards like Attrition, because you can sac your board to kill theirs, then get all of them back. As long as you have more creatures than your opponent and any sac for value outlet, Lili's ult is a guaranteed win.
