Krenko has gathered his forces in preparation for uniting the whole of the Goblin race across all of the planes. The planeswalker Tibalt, the Fiend-Blooded has lent his aid to Krenko for unknown causes, and used both his power of mind control and planeswalking in order to aid Krenko in his designs. With the power of two other planeswalkers they have formed a Rebellion that overshadows any individual race.

This is mostly a themed deck consisting of Goblin-esque cards that are either extremely effective, chaotic, or just plain hilarious. A good example of all three is Goblin Bomb.

Now you might be thinking, "Why Tibalt, the Fiend-Blooded? Well, not only does he fit the chaotic nature of the deck, but most players completely ignore him as a threat on the battlefield. You see that -6 on Tibalt? Yeah, that's an Insurrection, the kind of spell that ends games.

Key Goblins in the deck consist of Goblin Chirurgeon, Goblin King, Stuffy Doll and Caterwauling Boggart. Though this deck has much less to do about creatures than normal Goblin decks.

Battle Hymn & Brightstone Ritual are extremely powerful in this deck, and work well with Past in Flames. This will accelerate your mana to extremely high levels and even works with Isochron Scepter.

Warp World allows my deck to mana ramp/pump out permanents & Scrambleverse allows the deck to come back if they lose their field presence. This also adds a lot of fun and flavor to the game.

Kill cards consist of Warstorm Surge, Insurrection, Goblin War Strike, Last-Ditch Effort, Comet Storm, and Burn at the Stake all of these work extremely well with the mana acceleration in the deck along with Past in Flames

Control consists of Blood Moon, Reverberate, Wild Ricochet, Chandra Ablaze, Goblin Diplomats, and Leyline of Punishment.

Chandra Ablaze's first ability combined with Squee, Goblin Nabob is absolutely amazing since it doesn't require you to lose card advantage.

Ignorant Bliss combos with Mindmoil and Reforge the Soul in order to rapidly fill your hand. It can also be put onto Isochron Scepter and be used as a combat trick to avoid discarding.

Stuffy Doll specifically gets around players who are giving themselves Shroud/Hexproof. It's also hilarious when you have other players attack you just so that they can deal damage to the chosen player of Stuffy Doll.

Decree of Annihilation can be cycled at any time, allowing you to destroy all lands as an instant with a cantrip for 7cmc. Normally you do this when you can easily win with just attacking during the next turn, or if other players are mana ramping a tad too much.
