I feel like a more consistent Scornful Egotist will allow this deck to get to the next level, think Gitaxian Probe over Island, you only need 80 islands to consistently get that quick Crow.

Also, Gitaxian Probe allows you to see your opponents hands, so you know that they don't have the Black Lotus+Forcefield combo in hand and you can go full steam with Scornful Egotist.

Also, I know you are on a low $35692 budget, but Blacker Lotus and Mox Lotus are upgrades for when you get your next paycheck, feel me?

@SynergyBuild

Thanks for your comment:)

I will look into Gitaxian Probe for stoping that annoying Black Lotus+Forcefield combo.

Blacker Lotus literally tears up the competition so when I boost my budget I will add it for sure!!

Mox Lotus has amazing synergy with Mishra's Bauble so it might get included when that fated paycheck rolls around:)

Jank can be fun when ya get it to work, but im not sure about this. seems like a joke deck.

How do you get Battle of Wits to work in this deck??

if it isnt a joke please show me how you play this, make a youtube video.

Daggerfella just because this is budget doesn't make it jank mate, it is a good option for competitive EDH, the most popular MTG format. Also, even with the budget cuts, the deck is still tier 1.

SynergyBuild;

since when is 60 grand considered budget?

November 14, 2018 4:50 p.m.

SynergyBuild says... #8

No, 60 grand isnt, but you can get thisnfor barely more than 15 grand with unlimited and heavy play prints, as well as nonfoil cards.

15 grand isnt even budget, if that is budget then my commander deck which is $699.99 is chump change.

How much power nine are you running?

November 14, 2018 5:09 p.m.

Deadpoo111 says... #11

Actually if you buy these and apply a good coupon (like mtgmuddstah) you can get this for $420

November 14, 2018 5:48 p.m.

SynergyBuild says... #12

I heard you can cut a lot and get $69.69, but there won't be a serious amount of competitive viablility to it, you feel?

Deadpoo111 says... #13

Yeah, I feel ya. Really, as long as you have THE GOD CROW, you should be okay. It'll definitely break casual edh tho

@Daggerfella

Thanks for your comments:)

Here's how you can win turn 0 with this deck:

First you sit down. then you shake your opponent's hands and politly say "good game" when they attempt to say the game has not even started yet calmly inform them that you are using the most power cEDH deck ever built so actually playing the game is not necessary. When they ask too see your deck simply show them the most powerful card ever printed Storm Crow. If after that they are not willing to name you the winner, grab your deck slam down one of your power combos such as Mishra's Bauble + Scornful Egotist and your opponnents will be reduced to giving you awestruck drooling stares of admiration at your impossible skills!!!!

As for Battle of Wits with a 100 card deck none of your opponnents will even begin to grasp the unbeliveable limits of synergy this card has and will leave them yelling after you that you did not really win as you smugly walk away with your prize!!!

I understand not wanting to sink $35,635 into a commander deck so as SynergyBuild and Deadpool111 said you can cut the price of this deck down a bit but lose a bit of the insane turn 0 competitve power in the deck:) If you are interested in cutting the budget even more you can always use my ultra budget vintage version of this deck wich will only set you back a mere $325,000!!!

Storm crows revenge $325,000 budget

too bad Storm Crow is so expensive

November 15, 2018 10:06 a.m.

Also, consider running Swan Song to target your useless Time Walk, Ancestral Recall, or Timetwister and get yourself a 2/2 with flying for ! This incredible play will effectively half the 20 turn clock that is pushed on your opponents with Storm Crow.

My friend played a proxied version of this deck at Tuesday cEDH night and he got killed in four turns! What gives?

I definitely think that Mox Lotus is a good addition. Powers out Storm Crow That much faster. Also, Gleemax isn't getting any cheaper. ;) If only Storm Crow Seeker was blue...

TezzeretofCarmot21 you need to be very experienced to play this deck, so your friend may not be able to pull it off, but if a pro played it at the pro tour I assure you they would win

@Deadpoo111

Thanks:)

@TezzeretofCarmot21

Thanks for your comment.

As zaneanderman said you have to have a ton of cEDH experience to play this deck to it's full potential because of its high number of complex combos. That being said as long as you have some faith in him, if you slam out the God Crow as fast as you can your opponents will crumble beneath his mighty wings!!!

@Flooremoji

Thanks for your input:)

I will consider Mox Lotus but the games are usualy over so fast you don't need mana to win:)

Jesus, this page hurts my eyes: why would you DO that to the poor formatting??? XD

You clearly forgot Force of Will, though. As we all know, it is the harbinger of the mighty Storm Crow, may He live forever in glory and his light burn the eyes from the unbelievers.

For the fun of the table and budget considerations, would you consider running Fugitive Wizard as a 3-of? I play it in my mono-green Tibalt EDH and people usually scoop after it resolves.

November 29, 2018 2 a.m.

Leveler, Eater of Days, Chronatog.

Maybe Awakened Amalgam with all the different lands you play.

Also consider some or all of the staffs (Staff of the Wild Magus, Staff of the Death Magus etc.) and if you want to go the lifegain-route, you can play Well of Lost Dreams, and the amazing Juju Bubble.

Aladdin's Lamp also gives you some serious card advantage.

Maybe also some clash-effects, cause your mana-curve and land-to-nanland ratio is on point!
