Wirewood Lodge would be a great addition in my deck thanks for the advice! The others though... not so much.. with Gaea's Cradle being expensive as hell is a hard addition right now.Scrying Sheets is useless since I got Sensei's Divining Top. The last interesting land is Yavimaya Hollow, a very nice land! As for the others I don't really need them and I already got some of them. Crop Rotation is also a good choice!!! Thanks again!

I guess what utility-lands you need, boils down to what meta you play :)
However i dont understand why Sensei's Divining Top makes Scrying Sheets useless? on the contrary what i see is 1 extra card drawn each turn, provided both are out. And 1 extra card drawn almost every third turn (on average) even if you dont have the top out.

The problem with Scrying Sheets is that all I will draw are lands! It says if the card is snow I reveal it and put it to my hand. So the only cards I will have with snow will be my lands. This is why I think its kinda useless...

look at it this way instead:
early game you need land, extra land is good. It does not interfere with your regular 1 card draw per turn, its just extra land in the hand.
late game you dont need land, now you are minimizing the risk of your regular 1 card draw to be a land. Since you can filter the lands into your hand before your regular 1 card draw.
Now i know Top kinda does the same, but these 2 cards have a great synergy so nothing is wasted by drawing both.
The only drawback of sheets in monocolor is the 2 mana you need to activate it, and the cash you need to get snow-covered basics. imo ofc.

Fauna Shaman, Creeping Renaissance, Journey of Discovery, Exploration, Primeval Light, Seedborn Muse, Karametra's Acolyte, Spidersilk Armor, Joraga Treespeaker, Fade into Antiquity.

Thanks for your advice man! The cards I am interested in are already in my maybeboard aka. my wishlist!

If you do want to get Karametra's Acolyte, I recommend the new version. Karametra's Acolyte

One last card for consideration would be Riftsweeper. Leave it to the elves to have the power to return a card from exile into your library.

Hmmmmmm..... Praetor's Counsel twice in a game eh??!?!? COOL!!!
January 27, 2015 6:31 a.m.
Yeah, and it can potentially make your deck somewhat mill proof or board wipe proof when you can play powerful cards like that multiple times that require you to exile them afterward. Also, even though you do have Praetor's Counsel, I would also recommend that you add a Reliquary Tower and an Expedition Map, just to be on the safe side.

Copperhorn Scout would be good with Glimpse of Nature and all the elves that tap or even any creature that you tap or attack with. Archetype of Endurance is just a stupid card to have because of the hexproof removal.

A few things concerning what tattoosarebeauti said. First of all, Glimpse of Nature is decent, but not amazing. Copperhorn Scout isn't all that great though, and it doesn't combo with Glimpse of Nature. Finally, Archetype of Endurance is actually a really good card, and can only be beaten by a few lands or artifacts, or board wipes and forced-sac.

Indeed exept Archetype of Endurance I don't really like the other two cards. Thanks both for the advice!!!

I switched to using Omnath, Locus of Mana as my commander. I loved th deck at first with the default commander in place but I found her to be more of a support card than a build around card. I still play Freyalise, Llanowar's Fury in the deck but I found her five cost was too high to keep recasting dealing with flying enemies. Is a great commander if you aren't doing one on one commander play.

Riftsweeper + Wirewood Symbiote a nice little combo there...I'd definitely recommend Wirewood Symbiote as it helps protect some of your more hated elves from being removed and allows you to untap a creature you may have tapped for a whole host of reasons.

I am weary of running coat of arms too often in my green that runs many elves just because so many people are running tribal style decks with EDH if they started with the constructs. I have had it lose me more games due to an enemy massively making tokens that I could not deal with.

I'm surprised that no one has recommeneded Sylvan Library

No Green Sun's Zenith or Chord of Calling?
I feel this is incorrect.

Also, Elvish Piper or Norwood Priestess might be nice.

Unless i have missed something, you can cut down a bit on the number of basics in the deck. Pendelhaven produces green mana on turn 1, you have loads of 1/1s in the deck, win/win.
Think about the benefits of adding a few effect-lands like Strip Mine or similar, Mystifying Maze , Buried Ruin , Wirewood Lodge and Yavimaya Hollow even if they cant produce green mana. Maybe even Crop Rotation since its instant and can be used in response to whatever.
Alternatively you can replace the forests with Snow-Covered Forests and add Scrying Sheets.
Im gonna mention Gaea's Cradle as a note here aswell, but since it costs your left arm Im not going to expect anyone to aquire it, but its really good in this kind of deck.
