Most interesting deck I've seen in this meta.

With Walking Ballista so prevalent in the meta I'm not sure if Eternal Scourge is still any good. Maybe Gifted Aetherborn? It doesn't have the recursion but it's a solid body with great abilities for a 2 drop.

You're underutilizing Eternal Scourge here. If it dies in combat it goes to the graveyard, and you have no way to get it back from there.

And no, I'm not running Scrapheap Scrounger in a control shell :P Although that definitely is the best synargy with the card. Indeed a Rakdos or Monoblack aggro deck could use that effectively; bu that is not this deck.

I hope you get more into modern. I'm trying some azorius control deck that is ok. I built it myself though, so I feel like you could probably do a better job. Beating Tron with it was a real surprise. I've actually placed at FNM with it. I couldn't believe it. Here is the list if you'd like a look:
