So let's be honest, basically everyone in the world saw Bootleggers' Stash and immediately started trying to think of extreme cheeseball decks. It's a pretty wild card, but I think that despite how much of a meme it seems like on its face, tucking it into a Jund aggro shell is the home that might actually make this style of deck functional.
The core combo is, of course, Bootleggers' Stash+Dragonspark Reactor. The idea is that you get Reactor, Stash, and at least one Treasure Vault into play fairly early. You tap everything out for treasure (minus the Vault), you dump all of that mana into the Vault, and you shoot your opponent for what is, by that point, probably lethal.
Now obviously that's a little easier said than done, so mostly this is a beatdown deck with treasure ramp; realistically, the Golden Gun here is pretty much a side wincon. Don't be afraid to spend a Reactor for removal against something particularly nasty just because you're setting up for the combo - surviving is more important than maybe getting out the big flashy explosion.
Most of the heavy lifting here is gonna come from Security Rhox and Goldspan Dragon, but in order to get them out early when they're the most effective, we're ramping a bit. Goldhound is a treasure and a body with evasion, and it plays really nicely with Professional Face-Breaker which generates us additional treasure whenever we get in a hit. We've also got 3 copies of Kalain, Reclusive Painter so we can spend that mana to pump our smaller creatures (while also comboing quite nicely with Rhox - a 7/6 for 2 treasure is Pretty Effective). Gala Greeters is all-around just a very high value 2 drop, and rounding out the cast we have Briarbridge Tracker - an include that I've been really liking in green decks lately as a way to get through a Wandering Emperor fairly effectively (while also generating a bit of card advantage).
For our spells we have some draw and treasure generation in Deadly Dispute and Big Score, a touch of cheap removal in Voltage Surge, and the extremely high-value, multi-modal Riveteers Charm.
Overall, I'm pretty pleased with this setup here. I think I'll be tweaking the numbers here and there (and the mana base might need further adjustment), but the core of the deck I think is pretty solid. If you have any thoughts though, please let me know!
