I got the idea to make this kind of deck at the prerelase, I choose Izzet, because I had little experience playing as or against them...The deck I made, made all my matches take at least 20 mins a piece, i went to turns every round. This is a highly modified version of that deck.basically the goal is to slow my opponent down till like turn 5-6 then my deck becomes increasingly hard to beat. All the cards synergize with each other, the electromancer makes my already cheap spells cheaper, melek allows me to cast more, hidden keeps my mana untapped for my counter spells, gutter snipe hits every time a instant or sorcery gets cast,tarland makes tokens the same way, fluxcharger, although expensive is a super frustrating blocker/flyerand works with cipher, Aetherling is solid periodand also works well with cipher, Niv mizzet and nivix guildmage get me card advantage so i can cast more spells, and Ral... Well Ral is just Ral, enough said. This deck is an absolute blast to play whether i win or lose, this deck is just pure unadulterated fun.

figured out that I wasn't running enough lands, so i did some major cutting, drove down my curve a bit, and made some space for 3 more lands. Which has made all the difference. Also took out the control aspect of my deck, in favor of more aggressive spellcasting. Which in turn utilizes the guttersnipes better. Also curiosity makes guttersnipes a card drawing machine. Which is really what this deck is all about, synergistic spells, and card advantage. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
