The Harmonious Engine of Infinite Paradox Storms is a Cultivator's Caravan + Inspiring Statuary + Paradox Engine deck, but it is less focused on milling the opponent (compared to its predecessor) and more focused on casting an arbitrarily large amount spells. It still retains the ability to mill the opponent out with Induced Amnesia, but it also includes Aetherflux Reservoir as a win condition/incidental lifegain, AND with the engine running you can literally cast infinite spells in one turn thanks to Aviary Mechanic--just start casting one and picking up another and watch your storm count rise.

With a Panharmonicon out, you can add another nonland permanent (like Induced Amnesia, which can then mill your opponent out as long as they have at least one card in hand) to the cycle as well. Even if the Mechanics are all gone, as long as the engine is running you can still generate a huge storm count via Paradoxical Outcome and/or your Quicksmith Spies (remember that each Panharmonicon you have out will give you another trigger to designate an artifact to tap for a card, and those will all untap with Paradox Engine triggers), it just won't be infinite.
