@Femme_Fatale: I understand that it is 22-24 however I NEED to consistently hit two creatures. 4 CMC is where my deck end its mana curve. As such it is the most expensive spell I have and I do not want this thing to fizzle as the goal is to kill FAST. So I have decided the more creatures the better.

Lightning Serpent kind of nonbos with Collected Company. I'd recommend replacing it with the Vexing Devil previously suggested. Good concept, +1

Do not run Vexing Devil. Ever. It is a bad card. Any cars that give your opponents a choice are bad cards.

Vexing Devil suffers the fatal flaw of having your opponent get to choose how much they care about him being on the battlefield. Usually, your opponent has to spend one of their cards (removal spell) to kill one of yours. Vexing Devil gives them the ability to choose "do I pay 4 life to kill him, or do I kill him with removal. Do I have removal?" It's only good when he sticks, but in action he's a slightly altered Lava Spike that can't finish a game and lets your opponent make choices about your cards.

Vs Tron with permission ws useless. After SB it only gets a bit better, but not enough consistent, powerful threats with each draw.

Femme_Fatale, jandrobard -- I totally agree, except:
"...casual, fun modern deck."
I'm imagining Vexing Devil coming out with Collected Company. That's potentially 2 creatures for the opponent to deal with, making the choice less straightforward. Most of the other creatures in the deck are one-turn wonders, anyway. Many of them can't even do 4 damage themselves. Vexing Devil guarantees either 4 damage or 4 power on the board. It's also cheap enough to be cast right after a turn 4 Collected Company (assuming Birds of Paradise).
I'd never run an "opponent's choice" card in a serious deck (except "choose a pile" cards, like Fact or Fiction). They're unreliable and unpredictable. But sometimes, the opponent makes a hasty decision that ends up costing them, especially if it's just a "casual, fun" game. I still like it better than Lightning Serpent, anyway.

Just to clarify... I do not intend or running this deck at any FNM or modern event. Its just a side project of mine for some fun table top games with friends. With that being said we do tend to play like it is a real event most of the time lol. So I am trying to make the deck as good as possible but like I said, I will never be running it at an event so I do not need it to race twin or affinity. Anyways, I agree with what many people are saying about Vexing Devil and I also agree with what the other side is saying. It is a good card but at the same time it is a bad card. Just for the sake of keeping with the "theme" of this deck I will be trying my best to keep my creature options hasty (besides the mana dorks that is). For the time being I will be testing out Strangleroot Geist as my two drop and I will see how that goes. Thanks to everyone for the help so far!

The minimum requirement for creatures in a Collected Company build is 22.
