My copy is in the mail, I believe it's going in my Robust Harvest version of this deck for Modern.
He's sick, and I might try to squeeze him in. This deck is more Lich-centred and if I can grind it through til he hits the board I usually win.

use Mizzium Mortars , your opponent doesn't get creatures back without undying etc, and you still get to keep all of your creatures

both are impressive, especially Olivia Voldaren in a control setting, voldaren can give you your opponents creatures, kill weaker creatures, and can be a heavy blocker, Duskmantle Seer is essentially a group hug Dark Confidant , so he could be useful

The only thing I see that is missing is Away . I run Grixis control and to be honest If you are not running Away and play UBX you are shootting yourself in the foot. The versatility that it adds to you hand is ridiculous. Try it and let me know how it works.

I'm seriously contemplating using Chromatic Lantern ...but I've said numerous times I don't like it in control since it does nothing on it's own but ramp and fix mana...I'm not sure. Although stealing someones bomb or utility creature could be nice. I stole someones Blood Artist repeatedly to bleed them and gain some life...good times.
11 creatures is low but the targets I do have are great for that purpose. Also, I've steered away from the Burning Vengeance plan a little...but it reduces the amount of removal I have available...
So many decisions...
