@Boza even with your suggestions I don't have any big creatures. the mimic doesn't trigger evolve and once my dudes have more than 5 toughness they won't evolve off of the stalker. What will make them bigger from there on?
But I see where you're going and edited the deck. I personally love both Snakeform and Coiling Oracle so some of those will stay, and I draw from both of them so they help.

This is pauper, there are just a few things that are bigger than a 4/5 flier for one mana. However, the deck looks a lot more concentrated and powerful. You are not as reliant on Mimic and have a bit more draw/interaction. Keep on brewing, glad I was able to help!

@Boza What do you think of the deck now? I've playtested and edited.

My favorite color combo, and I've really been getting into Pauper lately, so I'm looking forward to playtesting this. Have you considered Slippery Bogle ? +1

@PriestessKikyo1 I had it in the original build but, while it is both green and blue it doesn't do anything other then trigger Shorecrasher Mimic . Slippery Bogle is better in pants decks like Shadowcery. The problem is that Slippery Bogle is only a 1/1 and thus only evolves the Cloudfin Raptor once. None-the-less, thanks for the comment and the +1

TwistedMoonlight, PriestessKikyo1 is correct in thinking Slippery Bogle is strong here. You already have 7 enchantments to buff up your hex proof guy, not to mention he is b/g hybrid. I would reconsider, it could be very good in this deck.

I know it is nice to have fatties in the deck, but are you trying to go aggro or midrange? if midrange, keep Dream Stalker . if not, take it out. Also, Bioshift is nice for your few evolve creatures, but the hex proof body is a lot stronger here i think.

I'm going more midrange. Bioshift also triggers Shorecrasher Mimic at instant speed for 1. Often a Bioshift is what puts me over the edge and pulls in the win.

That i feel is its only benefit, but relies solely on Shorecrasher Mimic being out, I don't like situational cards. But hey, go with your gut. After all, you do have more play testing under your belt

@Dreno33 I see what you mean. I boarded in 4x Serene Heart for facing Shadowcery and I sat with 3x Bioshift s in hand. I'll remove one fore bogle tomorrow if I get another.
But the playtest revealed problems that I'm not happy with. chiefly drawing my big guys early game and sitting with a fatty but not having any evolve creatures, than I get one out and it won't evolve because the casted card has the same P/T...
Maybe I just had a bad night but it's foreboding...

Your best bet, that works vs both affinity and hexproof is Gleeful Sabotage .

G/U is nice color combo, but not everything has to be two colors, in fact it is terribly ineffective. You have no big creatures, even though you are green and no card draw, even though you are blue.
The archetype I can suggest easily is UG Mist Monsters. Sounds very similar to what you have right now, but utilizes a lot of effective creatures to profit from +1/+1 counters.
4 Simic Guildgate , 9 island, 7 forest.
4 Cloudfin Raptor - evolve will be key.
4 Shambleshark - evolve will be key.
4 Dream Stalker - key evolver. Has the ability to return itself just so it triggers evolve.
3 Crocanura - evolve will be key. Can evolve the other creatures at least once.
2 Battering Krasis - discount shorecrasher mimic.
4 Shorecrasher Mimic - key card of course.
These 21 creatures will be the basis of the deck, everything else will be made to support them. 19 cards to go.
3 Muddle the Mixture - protects our dudes, while transmuting for key cards like Mimic or Stalker.
4 Bioshift - protect creatures by letting them borrow the power of dudes that are about to die.
4 Favor of the Overbeing - key card in winning most games.
4 Preordain - almost mandatory in every blue deck
4 Rancor - always a good card to have on hand.
This list is a bit more streamlined, more mana efficient list than what you currently have, though similar.
Other possible archetypes in UG include Madness, various UG Delver tempo builds amongst others.
