my twist on the budget lich deck. basically just destroy everything will keeping your stuff and gaining some life. $13.41 on tcgplayer for me at the time of posting, after optimizing cart. not including swamps.

the deck is pretty straight forward. play the Phylactery Lich, put phylactery counter on an indestructible artifact, equip Worldslayer, Prowler's Helm, Inquisitor's Flail, maybe Predator's Gambit if you put it in (it would replace Dimir Machinations), and swing 5-14 damage at them. the damage should be pretty much unblockable and it will destroy everything when it connects to them. including lands. Brass Squire is there to help equip things faster. Vampire Nighthawk and Gifted Aetherborn are there to help protect you, gain you life, and kill their creatures. they are also just really good creatures. you could probably put in Murder or Doom Blade or some sort of removal if you want, i didn't see a need.

i added Phyresis and Tainted Strike for added hate. attaching Prowler's Helm and Inquisitor's Flail. swing for 10 pretty much unblockable, only by walls, and win.

so my friend vomited on me and all over the deck, so i no longer have this. probably wont make it again. it is fun and does work though.
