My rule of thumb for mana has always been (it's a little complicated, sorry):
Count the specific mana symbols on all of your non-land cards (so the number of Plains on all of your cards, etc). Do this for each mana type.
Total the specific mana symbols and set the number of (plains/the total), and do that for each mana color so that you get a percentage for each mana color. If you want to keep the deck's card count at 60 with 20 mana, then multiply each of those percentages by 20 so you see what percent of your total mana needs to be a specific color. I'll post my decks count and the math with it when I get out of class.

ok i manage to fix the mana problem of the deck by adding Chromatic Lantern .
