Dust Elemental as a one-of maybe? You could also try Whitemane Lion instead of Squadron Hawk if you're in a rush.

Alsoooo if you feel like slowing down, Icatian Javelineers (mentioned by vhan99) is very viable in modern where it deals with Grim Lavamancer , Dark Confidant , Delver of Secrets  Flip etc.

Extra handy if you can bounce it a few times.

I'm trying to keep by flickering creatures to 1 drops. I need to be able to bounce creatures as quickly as possible. I believe Squadron Hawk may be a bit better than Whitemane Lion only because I can fetch the 3 other Squadron Hawk s.

I like the idea for Icatian Javelineers . They'll be more helpful that Signal Pest , but I may just want to sideboard them so that Glint Hawk has a better chance at coming into play.

i disagree, the whitemane lion would probably provide the same amount of creatures entering, for less mana

Yeah probably the lion but not the others. Also serves as protection, rescue a creature from a kill spell or a chump block, or decide whether to the mana for an end-of-turn Raise the Alarm (another two-for-one).

Since this is the Indiana Jones deck, does that mean I could build a snake based deck and automatically win?

make sure you don't use the artifact bouncer while you have an Argentum Armor out, since it'll be bounced back also. I also think Sword of Feast and Famine is the best sword, since it puts your hawk out of burn range, and gives black protection, so removal doesn't work as well. I also think the effects are better but that's personal preference.

Squadron Hawk is a solid choice for a deck like this. offers a ton of deck thinning, creatures to enter play and very good carriers for the equipment. Signal Pest is another one that i have frequently seen.

The original build of the deck had both of those creatures, but this recipe has proven to be better than my old one

After looking at your deck I think I'll take your advice and splash blue though I'll be using it for Retract rather than the Impostors. It'll be comforting being able to over extend without having to worry so much about board wipes and topping decking a Quest with no creatures in hand will no longer be a dead draw when I can bounce and replay all of my artifact creatures.

Quietus Spike might be bad ass in the soul siters match up since it seems like you might be a bit weak against them.

also Leyline of Sanctity outclasses Witchbane Orb big time. Since tron is soo big and people pack artifact hate and like no enchantment hate.

Love the deck. Swinging with a 8/7 flyer on turn 3 plus a free Vindicate is pretty degenerate.

It seems, though, since your deck relies so heavily on Quest for the Holy Relic , you might want to run couple options to try and find it (beyond cantrips). Have you considered either Idyllic Tutor or Dizzy Spell as a 1-2 of?

I might sideboard Dizzy Spell because it's versatile, but i have tried the tutor before. And i don't like it. I can usually dig deep enough into my library to get a quest, and the tutor is too much mana at sorcery speed for me

no Idyllic Tutor ?

and i think you might need some protection for your enchantment...

no Quest for the Holy Relic = loss ?

You might consider running Kor Duelist I used to run a very similar deck but when Stoneforge Mystic was still legal, and the Kor Duelist would always be the turn 2 play after Quest for the Holy Relic , as after an Argentum Armor , they hit SO hard!

To protect ur permanents for cheap mana how about Turn Aside , iam building a similar deck for a while now and this seems pretty solid to me ;)
