The Infinite and Omniscient Simic

"We're planting the seeds of change. Sometimes, we plant them in people. ~ Vorel of the Hull Clade (Forced Adaptation)

The big idea here is to land as big a play off of Enter the Infinite as you possible can. Currently a work in progress and very much experimental. This deck is for more casual use and will be hilarious to play with friends and not really for winning FNM.

Early Game

In the beginning was the defender. Use defenders to help keep you alive and to ramp mana as quickly as possible. Gatecreeper Vine is a nice fetch and feeds the awesome Axebane Guardian engine. Fog bank adds an "indestructible" flying blocker that can prove invaluable against huge double-strike agro and mean angles.

Mid Game

Now you hopefully have some defenders and a good chunk of mana, continue to ramp as necessary and begin to spam out Unexpected Results trying to get to an Omniscience. If you get there all of a sudden Unexpected Results becomes a mini Enter the Infinite since it can be infinitely cast and really only fails when you hit a Spell Rupture. If the agro gets too much for you try to bait your opponent into an alpha strike so you can AEtherize an army.

NOTE: Amazing shenanigans ensue when you pair Gyre Sage or Axebane Guardian with Burst of Strength. RAMP THAT MANA!

Late Game

You know you have entered the late game when you play Enter the Infinite, now you basically have 1 turn left, its time to end this. (I also assume there is an Omniscience in play at this point)

Win-Con #1: Craterhoof Behemoth

Step 1: Cast every creature saving Craterhoof Behemoth for last.

Step 2: Assuming all goes as planned you can crash in with a 5 (Base) + 10 (ETB) + 20 (Flashed Back Increasing Savageryx2) = 35/35 Trample creature for all of their life.

Step 3: If you are on this step then the Behemoth probably got hit with Murder, Rapid Hybridization, Smite, or something similar and he is out of commission. Its time to move onto win-con #2.

Win-Con #2: The Deck-Out

Updates Add

Due to my misunderstanding of Unexpected Results (still a hilarious card) and the release of Dragons Maze, I am making another attempt that differs greatly from the previous.
