I want to combine the eccentric curiosity of the Izzet with the ambitious and manipulative nature of the Simic guild, so I call this deck The Izzic Project. The challenge is to balance the Simic's creature-heavy bioengineering with the Izzet's love for casting spells. The creatures I can play early give me that flexibility: Gyre Sage produces mana I can use to cast creatures and as her abilities Evolve, I'll be able to create bigger creatures. The Goblin Electromancer s make spell-slinging easier and faster. As I collect more mana, I can possibly cast Hypersonic Dragon and Flash Unexpected Results for a surprise play: best case scenario, I pull off Temporal Mastery, all the while Guttersnipe fires off burn damage as I cascade from one spell to the next... and then I rush in to attack with Mutants enhanced by the Master Biomancer . Either way the game works out, the end game with involve cooperation between the Simic and the Izzet. Any feedback/suggestions would be great!

I removed most of the Evolve creatures, save the Gyre Sage, and now I have a much more defined win-con. Unexpected Results becomes something of a Cascade card, leading me towards Temporal Mastery and Omniscience. It doesn't hurt when Guttersnipe is in play or when the Hypersonic Dragon gives Unexpexted Results Flash. Master Biomancer helps with the creature department. Now I'm just deciding if I like Goblin Electromancer and getting a better idea of what Sorceries and Instants I'd like to keep. Thoughts?
