This deck was a modification of ElderDragon's Marvelous MyrsI believe I have done it. The constructs who you have thought to be weak and insignificant have risen. They will show no mercy! Their strategy is as follows:
Turn 1- Plains, Voltaic Key, Pass.
Turn 2- Plains, Golden Myr (This will depend on your mana status. You can also Lay
Myrsmith
, but the mana here is much more significant.) Pass.
Turn 3- Plains. Tap 3 plains to play myr resevoir. Tap myr resevoir for 2 mana for a Myr creature or ability. Send in another Golden Myr. If you have a second myr you would like to play tap Golden Myr for 1 mana. Then tap Voltaic Key which then untaps myr resevoir Tap MR again for your 2 mana for myr creature. Pass.
Turn 4- (Where the fun starts) Plains, Tap 4 mana, myr resevoir, and Golden Myr for a total of 7 mana. Cast Myr Battlesphere And let the chaos insue.
If you do not have Myr Battlesphere you can lay Myr Turbine. Here is how that would go.
Tap 4 Plains 1 Golden Myr to cast Myr Turbine. Then Tap that for your 1 myr token.
( The Battlefield should look like this creaturewise. )
1-2 Golden Myr 1-2Myr Superion and 1 Myr token. There is the possibility that you have more. But grand total you hopefully have 4 Myrs total. 3 can still work for this.
Turn 5 Alternate- Plains, Tap Myr Turbine for 1 Token Myr. You should now have 5 myrs. If you don't just cast one from your hand or something you should have at least 1 more. Now use Voltaic Key to untap the turbine. Re-tap along with 5 myr creatures. Pulling out the battlesphere.
The Alternate works just fine. But a turn 4 Battlesphere is devastating! It brings in 4 other myrs with it along with direct damage. Sure people can kill it. But with the help of myr resevoir for only 3 mana it's yours again.
Also squeeze in Myr Superion whenever you can.
