The Killjoy

Legacy

Greyc0at

The end to all fun.

The deck is exactly what it's name implies: a killjoy. Play this, and your friends will stop playing with you. (Unless of course they know exactly what they are up against.)

I've played this deck for only about a week, then set it aside and never touched it again.

The main idea is to use Grave Pact together with creatures like Reassembling Skeleton and Bloodghast and various sacrifice options to keep the enemy down on creatures and make the most use of the sacrifices. After all, you will find that your creatures are more than willed to die for you and your cause, multiple times even.

Use Buried Alive to get your Reassembling Skeleton and Bloodghast into your graveyard, use Terramorphic Expanse to drop your creatures twice (once when you play it, and once by triggering the card itself. For example during the enemy turn!) And finally, place Orzhov Basilica down on the board from your hand and use it to get a second Orzhov Basilica from your board to your hand, so you can repeat that process next turn once more.

Of course this isn't an infinite combo, but even if you get all your Gravepacts and Butchers countered, you can use your Elixir of Immortality to get them back into the library. But preferably use the Elixir after you have returned your little creatures back to the battlefield.
