Sorry about the name, that's an inside joke between me and my younger brother. Lol. Anyway, this is my design for a u/b control deck. I know the traditional Inquisition of Kozilek are missing, but I wanted to keep it as close to complete without Znd as possible. Sept. 30, I will trade out Preordain for Ponder, Spreading Seas for Evil Presence... maybe. Creeping Tar Pit, Jace B., and Into the Roil will just have to be removed... no replacement in sight, yet.

Last night was our weekly tournament (We're not sanctioned, so we do ours on Thurs. instead of Friday). My matchups were as follows:

White soldier token: 2-0

Caw-blade: 0-2

Mono-white Mashup/Control: 2-0

Green-red Ramp/Burn: 2-0

MBC: 2-1

Finished 3rd place of 24 (Caw-blade and a Valakut I didn't play took spots 1-2). Not bad for this deck's debut run!

I'm currently looking for advice on any answers to a caw-blade matchup. It seemed particularly vicious against U/B Control.
