This deck is still in the early stages of ownership, so any advice or empirical knowledge would be much appreciated.

Creatures

Elvish Mystic: I was debating between this and Deathrite Shaman, which would work well with Prophet of Kruphix, but I feel the ramp is more important in this deck.

Desecration Demon: An extremely good win-con; it's powerful and cheap. It also works well with Prophet of Kruphix, because I can flash it in the middle of the combat phase, so they cannot tap him. Then I remove their creatures and attack for the win!

Mirko Vosk, Mind Drinker: I feel it would be hard for my opponent to deal with him if I flash him in on their turn, they just don't expect him. Plus, him coupled with Jace, Memory Adept, is a fast mill.

Prime Speaker Zegana: I used to use her in a Simic deck utilizing Yeva, Nature's Herald, and it worked so well. I feel like this card combined with Prophet of Kruphix and Desecration Demon will work very well.

Prophet of Kruphix: I have already used this name four times before I came to her, so I'm sure you can deduce the reason I have her in this deck, let alone four.

[{Reaper of the Wilds]]: Cheap four a 4/5, plus she has some very well-rounded abilities. Deathtouch is nice, but Hexproof is even better. Hard to kill. And since I do not have Read the Bones in this deck, her Scry is just as important.

Sylvan Caryatid: Important for getting Prophet of Kruphix out on the third turn, and since this is a three-colored deck, this card is important in having the colors I need. It is also a good blocker and hard to kill.

Control

Abrupt Decay: Staple in any B/G deck. I can get rid of early creatures for two mana, but most important of all, it can target ANY non-land permenent, including Chained to the Rocks, Detention Sphere, Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver, Domri Rade, to name a few.

Psychic Strike: Because I am too lazy to look for more Dissolve, which is in my American deck, but it also mills, so it's not too bad, and the UU in Dissolve might hurt me, so it's not a bad replacement.

Putrefy: I would like to lower the count on these, maybe even put them in the sideboard for Doomblade, but I don't have any Heroe's Downfall laying around. But this works too; I don't have to worry about BB, and the creature cannot regenerate: Goodbye Experimental One!

Syncopate: Very good early counter, plus exile. I would have more, but as stated above, I am lazy and they are in my control deck.

Thoughtsieze: I need at least two more of these. So good at the beginning, and can change the whole course of the game if I'm fast enough.

Urban Evolution: It might cost a lot, but it's basically a Sphinx's Revelation for those without W&U, and it also helps with ramp. Plus, if I have Prophet of Kruphix out, I can use it on my turn and have plenty of mana for creatures and counters on theirs. It doesn't need to be an instant.

Jace, Memory Adept: Once it is out, it is extremely hard to remove, especially if they don't already have something for it in their hand. I can also use it for card draw if it's too late to win with mill.

Sideboard

[{AEtherling]]: Good against control decks, almost nigh impossible to kill, as long as I don't make a stupid mistake.

Doom Blade: As said earlier, I will give this up for Putrefy once I have all of the necessary cards, but it is still useful against creature heavy decks, which are mostly non-black.

Fade into Antiquity: To get rid of those pesky Gods, but can also be used against other unruly enchantments.

Golgari Charm: Extremely useful in this deck. First of all, it's a way to survive from Supreme Verdict, but it can also kill tokens to free up an attack and destroy annoying enchantments. Very versatile card.

Mistcutter Hydra: I almost called it Moistcutter Hydra; that just sounds wrong. Anyways, it is very good against control as long as they don't have Blind Obedience out.

Negate: Always need for control match-up.

Notion Thief: I have actually never pulled this guy off before, but I feel like there are a lot of Azorius decks out there, and this card can give me a huge card advantage.

Maybe Board

[{Swamp]]: I still need to see if I need more lands, but I also might need this land if I add more Thoughtsieze and Heroe's Downfall.

Duskmantle Mage: I still have to see if I can mill fast enough or at least control the board long enough for mill to win me the game. If not, these guys can do some fast damage.

Whip of Erebos: Can work nicely with Desecration Demon, Prime Speaker Zegana for double card draw, and Mirko Vosk, Mind Drinker. Lifelink is a game changer as well.
