I feel the land destruction in this deck is too narrow in its targets. I feel tools like Ruination , Blood Moon , Jokulhaups , and Wasteland would be preferable to things like Evil Presence or Raze .
And just a note: I don't know how your budget looks, but Food Chain + Prossh, Skyraider of Kher + Purphoros, God of the Forge is game over. I personally think every deck that has the potential for at least one game-ending combo should try to run one, so that you can get out of any games that drag on.

Okay... So besides the fact that I already have like three of the cards in there that you suggested (are you trying to farm good suggestions?), Nobu, my LGS didn't have Ruination, Jokulhaups is just the kind of dick move to drag the game on that I'm trying to avoid and you advocate against yourself with the infinite combo, and on top of that, you suggest 30 dollar cards for a budget deck. Which is explicitly stated in the description.
Gidget- fair enough. Does everyone run SOME LD in Commander? Also, my LGS didn't have your suggestions. I'd love to have Kodama's Reach and Skyshroud Claim. Those are much more within my budget.

Its not that everyone runs some, but the density is high enough that you have to take it into account. I play commander with my play group so I know the decks well enough that I feel comfortable running bounce lands myself. But I don't know what you are going to be going against and a turn 3-4 destruction on one would leave you devastated. I was just trying to make you aware of the risk inherent.
Another thing I notice is that you are running Guildgates. You may want to look into the KTK refuges, they have the added bonus of gaining you life. The life may not turn out to mean anything, but it is a bonus without any further draw back. Rugged Highlands , Jungle Hollow , and Bloodfell Caves are the ones in your colors.
In nobu's defense some people just click all the boxes for suggestions and don't look at the fact that any linked card shows in that list so If you link cards you are talking about in the deck you need to not click the box to make them suggestions.

Good points, Gidget, so, yeah, those life lands definitely suck less than guildgates. What's your thoughts on Hydra with X in their casting cost, like Primordial, Primal, and Savageborn? How about Woodfall Primus ?

Oh, and Devour? Anything with that keyword that fits here?

Addressing them in the order I checked it out:
I don't think devour is especially strong here since you have 21 creatures, most of which are bigger or more useful than you would want to give up for 1-3 counters. Thromok the Insatiable is nice but I don't feel this is the deck for him.
I feel that with this deck you will be giving yourself a land disadvantage from "normal" to give your opponent a larger one. This is going to make X spells a little less appealing overall since a turn 10 5/5 for 7 makes less of an impact than an 8/8 for 10. However since you are going to be slowing the game down I feel Primordial Hydra may be worth it since he grows exponentially.
Woodfall Primus seems pretty good and my only concern with him would be the triple green cost. Although with 36.8% of your lands being green you could "expect" 2.94 green sources when you have 8 sources out, so you aren't far off of reasonably expecting him on curve every time..

Whoops. That's what I get for splitting my attention. My apologies. I don't really know what farming suggestions means- my morning meeting started early, so I cut about half the text I typed (apparently the wrong half- I meant to cut the half I hadn't double checked), checked boxes, and submitted.
Ah well. I hope not too much harm was done. I'll check into the mechanics on suggestions some more in the future to understand what you were referring to in more detail before posting anything else.

Bounce lands are a little risky to run, remember that other people can run land destruction too and If no other option presents itself they will happily destroy a bounce. I like check lands, and obviously if you have them or can afford them shocks and fetches will improve your mana base immensely.
I also noticed a few improvements that you could make to the ramp package. Skyshroud Claim is a strictly better Ranger's Path . And I would probably replace Farseek with Kodama's Reach
