the main win con of this deck is beatdown. With plenty of the lands being man-lands they can be deadly if not dealt with. lots of the stuff can't be countered so control is dealt with easily. so here are all the ideas behind all of the cards
Noble Hierarch classic mana dork makes everything go a bit faster, and with that exalted it gets in that bonus one damage
Birds of Paradise pretty simple. but is not as good as noble
Voice of Resurgence such an amazing card! removal fails. counter spells fail. plus it has two lives! what more do i need!

helps so much with agro. burn you can just make them sac a Eidolon of the Great Revel and counter a spell. it has removel, it can buff your shit, it can just wreck. also the reason this is not in the side board is cause almost every deck is agro.
