I used the 100 hundred dollar version of Tomer's (of MTGGoldfish) as the base and put in cards I liked better. The main point of the deck is kill quickly and in one hit of possible. Narset is there to push a little more draw and Elspeth is there to man Shu Yun fly. The Grafted Exoskeleton is there because it means I only need to buff Shu Yun once to kill and opponent. The thing says this is 100% percent competitive, but I have no idea what that means.
