"The end justifies the means. But what if there never is an end? All we have is means." - Ursula K. Le Guin

An attempt at an, if not exactly fair, then slightly less combo-centric Urza deck, as I wanted to play with big-mana blue artifacts but not quite as grotendously busted as big-mana blue artifacts tends to get. To that end, our main strategy is almost pure beatdown with minimal, though non-zero, control or combo elements. We're playing a huge bundle of cheap artifacts, which Urza lets us turn into blue mana-rocks to power-out our gigantic beaters, alongside token-producers and clone effects that allow us to take advantage of ETBs and strangle the board. Mechanized Production gives us a way to mass-produce our most dangerous threats, as well as provides an alternative win condition if, somehow, eight Myr Battlespheres or Wurmcoil Engines aren't enough to win the game on their own merits.

Best played while listening to 'Powerhouse' by Raymond Scott.
