This is my dimir i use mill to power up my creatures. I don't necessarily want to mill some one out but just to make my Consuming Aberration big. Since control is so fun I have a descent amount of it in my deck and more in my side board. I use the Paranoid Delusions with Phantom Warrior to get that constent mill going on.

This thing is supper fun to paly with.
