Myr Tribal with artifact shenanigans.

I remember before I started actually playing mtg, i got some magic cards from one of my older friends that I never did anything with besides look at. lol The pile had a few myrs in it and I always thought they seemed neat. I also thought Cloudpost would be a fun card to build around. So now that I'm a competent Magic player figured I'd get around to doing something with them, especially after I realized that they're from the same block.

The deck focuses a lot around being all artifacts and the crazy shit that enables, especially with Clock of Omens . It also uses things like Thespian's Stage and Mirage Mirror to help fire off the Cloudpost s. With that, it tries to play mana dorks to help kick things off, then produce as myr and myr tokens as possible.

Unwinding Clock and Shimmer Myr isn't an infinite combo, but can turn your opponent's turn into your turn part 2. lol Even more so if Mirage Mirror out since you can tap 2 dorks to have it copy Cloudpost and give you tons of mana even if you tapped out on your turn.

It's worth noting that this deck has on a lot of cards for their flavor, i.e. one of each color dork and one each artifact land. It's also on a budget. So if you wanted, you could cut the artifact lands for Vesuva and work in a Paradox Engine and see dramatic power gains (and a 150% increase in price, lol).

So i've tightened up the deck some since posting it. Myr are essentially an engine with a lot of different potential win-cons you can set up with them. As such, ill keep my "flavor" deck posted here where it runs a little of everything and has different avenues for winning. However, I plan on making an alternate version of this deck that's functionally a smokescreen; it will keep a base engine to pushes the deck along but can do large sideboards on game 2 to focus down on a wide variety of win-cons ranging from theft, infect/beatdown, or mill. I'll post it separately and post a link to it here.
