Just your regular schmegular Locust God. Budget Wheel effects and draw galore. A strong emphasis on artifact and enchantment based draw. Partly because of budget. Mostly because they are consistent. Starting a turn off by drawing two, three, four, or five extra cards really helps you hit all the gas. Opponents can counter a wheel, but the group draw, particularly early on, gives your opponent less incentive to counter those effects.
