Typical budgetish build with what i got. Love the incidental effects like impact tremors and torban it adds up really fast. Its like a train slow to start but hard to slow down. Wizard cycling is a fun tool as is the suite of cards to drop on isochron scepter. Deadeye quartermaster is basically a 2nd skullclamp and could get swapped... Any advice is great thanks for looking
