The general plan here is to draw as many cards as I can while playing spells, floating mana, and creating 1/1 tokens with haste.

Once The Locust God is in play I can deal direct damage via Impact Tremors, Purphoros, and Niv-Mizzet for each card I draw. Psychosis Crawler does the same thing except opponents lose life vs take damage.

Bident of Thassa allows me to draw a card (and create another token if The Locust God is in play) for each creature I attack with doubling my tokens. If The Locust God is in play with Impact Tremors, Purphoros, and/or Psychosis Crawler are in play they also take damage/lose life.

Goblin bombardment will allow me to sacrifice my tokens after swinging with them for the final blow or take out another opponent in the same turn.

Counters server to protect my board as needed.

Various cantrips draw cards to fuel my hand and make tokens. when I hit a snag there is always Skullclamp on tokens or my commander's ability to loot.

Kindred Discovery naming insects will FORCE me to draw my entire deck. However, I have included several instant spells with alternative cost to remove my commander or Kindred Discovery before I deck myself. Sage of the falls allows me the option to loot as many cards as I want to mold my hand or generate as many tokens as I desire.

Overall it's a really fun deck when the ball gets rolling but can be frustrating if the table decided to hate on your commander. Even though he goes to my hand at the end of turn and avoids the commander tax he is still rather expensive. Most players counter him or exile him which can be rather bothersome but only delays the inevitable.
