This is a focused/optimized the locust god deck with a wheels theme. The deck can win by turn 7 with a good hand.

Can give opponents resources with wheels Dependent on Commander Non optimal ramp
Overall plan for this deck is to get the locust god out, then set up draw engines, and wheel to get an army of insects to swing for lethal or combo off for the win

Turns 1-4

Ramp quickly to get the locust god out as early as possible, while disrupting more aggressive decks with counterspells and other removal.

Turns 4-8

This is where the deck hits it’s pace. Cast the locust god,then set up a draw engine Ex.Mindmoil, build up your army of tokens, and outvalue your opponents

Turns 7-

This is where you really want to start closing out the game. I find the best way to go about this is using a combination of direct damage from cards like Impact Tremors, and swinging with an army of flying hasty insects buffed by Shared Animosity. Another way to win is getting Mindmoil on the battlefield with Teferi's Ageless Insight, and a few cheap spells you can easily draw the whole deck for aLaboratory Maniac win. There’s three infinite combos in this deck Ashnod's Altar + Skullclamp + The Locust God , Sage of the Falls + The Locust God , and Burning Inquiry + Hullbreacher + Underworld Breach

Start with Skullclamp, The Locust God, Ashnod's Altar, and a creature on the battlefield

Step 1:

Equip Skullclamp on the extra creature, it will either kill the creature or you need to sacrifice the creature to ashnod’s altar, triggering skullclamp causing you to draw two cards. Because you drew two cards,The Locust God will create two tokens.

Step 2:

Sacrifice one of the tokens to Ashnod’s Altar to make mana to equip Skullclamp to the other token.

Continue to loop these steps as much as needed. Drawing two cards, netting a colourless mana, and a token each time you loop this.

Setting off the combo

Cast Sage of the Falls On ETB it will trigger to draw you a card This draw will trigger The Locust God to make an insect token that on etb will trigger Sage of the Falls to draw a card. This will net 1 insect token each loop, and eventually draw your deck

Start with Hullbreacher and Underworld Breach in play

Step 1:

Cast Burning Inquiry drawing each player 3 cards and having everyone discard 3 cards, however with Hullbreacher in play only you draw those cards and you create 3 treasures per opponent

Step 2

Cast burning inquiry for its escape cost using 1 treasure and exiling 3 cards from your graveyard

Repeat step 2 as many times as you would like netting 3 treasure per opponent -1 and drawing 3 cards each time you loop this

All the combos are essentially doing the same thing which is setting up an infinite draw loop

Having Impact Tremors, Purphoros, God of the Forge, or Psychosis Crawler on the battlefield during these loops will ping your opponents down to zero life winning you the game

Alternatively if you have Laboratory Maniac or Jace, Wielder of Mysteries on the battlefield the combos will have you draw your deck and win from their trigger
