"For the Night is Dark and Full of Terrors"

Heliod, God of the Sun is my commander for this deck, making use of his vigilance. This deck is built on bringing out creatures, small usually, quickly. The goal is to pump the field full of soldiers to get the devotion needed for Heliod then give them all vigilance to swing. There is no draw mechanic happening in the deck which makes it hard to get certain enchantments like Dictate of Heliod and Angelic Chorus out quickly. It's a fun deck to play, if a bit slow. Heroic is a common theme and almost all of my creatures are soldiers for certain cards like Veteran Armorsmith . The flavor is that this is Heliod's army after all.
