While I may be primarily a Boros player, I sure love playing black. In fact, black is my third favorite color of magic. While I don't believe Black in magic necessarily means evil, it can still be a lot of fun to play the bad guy. To me, black is mostly about power. Mono black always feels so strong to me when I'm playing it, although it is not without weaknesses. Gonti, while being a very fun effect, is also a great way to find answers to those weaknesses. Gonti's enter the battlefield ability can be a great way to find removal for artifacts and enchantments, or even countermagic. This deck is kind of a mono black good stuff deck, but it also has a sort of "blink" subtheme. There are numerous other enter the battlefield effects aside from Gonti, and although black doesn't have much support for blinking, you can still sacrifice and reanimate your etb creatures.
