Theros Standard Mono-Blue Control Concept.

I don't really have any specific concerns about this deck; my only specific concerns are a minor worry about whether I have too many Stymied Hopes plus lingering concerns after playtesting as to whether the sideboard is a bit too anti-control, and whether I have enough answers for aggro decks.

My real worry is about whether this whole concept is truly viable or not. More playtesting is required.
