This is a Izzet/Azorius deck with Izzets Power backed up with Azorius control, its been a lot of fun so far. Its still in the early stage.

Main board
Archon of the Trimuvirate; is a stronger win condition and it also detains as it attacks. Great late game help.
Azorius Arrester
; great for early detain or to help hold off stronger cards, Great 2/1 in my book.
Goblin Electromancer; makes it a lot easier to cast cards like Mizzium Mortars for 1, or even less for overload.
Izzet Staticaster; need I say more. Great token shutdown and stops any annoying power cards such as Falkenrath Aristocrat that everyone so loves to play now.
Nivmagus Elemental
; good card to boost up early game or when you have spells you don't really need.
New Prahv Guildmage
; in my opinion is the best guildmage. It can make flyers, as well as detain in a bind.
Vexing Devil; theres something to say about starting the game with 16 life, or ending the game because they don't want to lose the life when there low.
Vassal Soul
; easy to get out especially with the wide range of mana.
Delver of Secrets
; easy to play, and with spells easy to flip.
Judge's Familiar; easy card to cast, can be a good throwaway for flying block, or can be a sneaky counter when your opponent "Izzet" paying attention...haha
Inaction Injunction
; nice detain spell to let your creatures through, also lets you draw a card too, so it can give you an extra lead.
Blustersquall
; with such a low cost can be a huge help against heavy creatures. Overload cost is nice against aggro decks as well.
Detention Sphere; new "O" ring, why not? good for aggro decks with multiple cards, or tokens, or that dreadful card no one wants to see
Pack Rat

; nice control for this deck, with the flashback costing blue as well.
Izzet Charm
; such a versatile card! Stops
Bonfire of the Damned
can be used as a kill spell, or drawing cards if your in a bind, overall good charm.
Mizzium Mortars; great kill spell, along with Goblin Electromancer it costs less. Overload cost is actually less then a hard cast Bonfire too.
Teleportal; great unblockable spell can also be used to boost up
Nivmagus Elemental
when needed. Overload is a great for a sneaky win.
