This deck can have one of two goals depending on the game and your draw.

  1. Attach yourself to one player, targeting them with each hunted (Hunted Dragon) and offering (Intellectual Offering) card to make them to most deadly player as well as your ally.

  2. Flood the board with as many creatures as possible to create chaos, and then play politics to survive into the late game.

Drawing cards and ramping is what makes Kynaios and Tiro of Meletis so great as a commander. Using them along with mass ramp and card draw allows you to force the game into a later stage and confuse the tempo of the game.

This deck fails without politics and can easily be ruined by a few adept players that see your end goal.

That end goal is either to take back what you gave with cards like Mob Rule and Insurrection or to mass murder with Purphoros, God of the Forge and effects like Parallel Evolution, Deploy to the Front, Clone Legion, Arachnogenesis, and Mirror Match.

Make sure to be nice early on to ensure you outlast the aggro decks, and then the game turns into a political showdown until you can steal a win.
