In a constant theme of my recent deck creations, I'm making more EDH decks within a budget I can afford that are probably not terrible, but probably not the best. I can't afford an 80 dollar card, so Noble Hierarch isn't in this deck, even though otherwise it'd be an auto-include. For the same reason, I'm not using the pay-1 enter untapped fetches, and will instead be using the uncommon ones which enter tapped.
