Thanks for the comment! I Really really want to get Goldspan Dragon and Dockside Extortionist soon, they are both just a bit expensive.
I did just add Ingenious Artillerist and Reckless Fireweaver for some extra damage, what do you think of those?

Pinging is a great way to wear them down for the fling finish maybe even a group slug piece might help that. I had a golos treasure themed deck that was fun and crazy that this reminds me of! Overall for treasure token theme I'm a little skeptical of not having a token doubler but they are all in green and white. Your deck has a focus on making mostly treasures which is great for your commander and for commander in general. Dockside and goldspan is gonna turn your powerlevel up a notch.
Only other note is your cmc is a tad high for what I prefer to run. Might be ok depending on your group.

Upon trying to lower your cmc a thing I'm big about in commander I've copied and been playing around with the list a few interesting ideas to fit your deck came with it however I feel like I've gone away somewhat from the Fling idea.
From doing this, I'd highly suggest damage Doubling effects. It makes the Fling kill possible. Haste is important and perhaps Bedlam for no blocks although I could not find room for it. Treasure Chest reanimation every turn from your goblin artificers is a really cool line. Furnace Celebration and Havoc Jester are removal and a wincon if you have enough treasures to sac. Arcbond is not a Fling but hits all players and can sometimes be boardwipe sometimes a end game with draw depending on how its used.
I can explain other things I changed if you want. Maybe board are a few things I cut while bringing it back down to 100 total. Maraxus of Keld Pump & Dump copy

I sold a bunch of old Pokémon cards today and bought some upgrades and made some changes based on your deck.
Thanks for the help with this deck :), safe to say this deck is not budget anymore.
I squeezed in Anger since the deck definitely needs a haste enabler, it’s also a perfect discard option with cards like Big Score, Pirate's Pillage, Seize the Spoils, and Unexpected Windfall
Added Treasure Map Flip for some extra treasure making, utility, and card draw.
Added Fable of the Mirror-Breaker Flip I hadn’t seen this card until your deck. I dig it, makes treasures early and can copy creatures late game. I wish it was like Delina, Wild Mage and could copy Maraxus, but oh well. It’s still strong!
Added Two-Handed Axe This card feels so perfect for this deck, an easier way to pump Maraxus with out the mana spend.
Added Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle had to pick up this mono red staple. Just great for getting opponents within fling range or handling certain threatening creatures.
Added War Room just a little extra draw
Added Shadowspear, just too good of a card to not include. The more life link in this deck the easier it will be to win off of Rupture without killing myself in the process.
Added Champion's Helm, there’s not a lot of hexproof equipment out there. Decided to replace the Mask with Helm, equip 1 beats equip 3
Added Swashbuckler Extraordinaire potential win con card, sac a few treasures give Maraxus and a few cards double strike until end of turn and boom!
Now lastly I really want to add Goblin Engineer Adding Goblin Engineer would make it so I could discard 3 CMC or less artifacts to Big Score, Pirate's Pillage, Seize the Spoils, and Unexpected Windfall if engineer is on board already or in hand.
I’m not sure what to cut for Goblin Engineer and I would love your advice!

I really enjoyed the concept and your brew so I may of went a little overboard making a copy and tinkering on or perhaps instead I forgot it was budget and now feel a tad bad. As long as you enjoy the deck I suppose that's what matters.
If you want it towards a specific budget I'd be willing to help build it towards that say 100usd or something. For nonbudget looking at the list we have here and getting goblin Engineer into the mix... lemme look more into that later beyond urbrask maybe?
As for the changes. The swashbuckler looks interesting but something I noticed is with all these Fling and pump. What else besides the commander can be flung or would be worth using this on. The storm kiln artisan? Or do we give up Fling for lethal w/o the commander and have backup artifact etb deal damage or dmg based on our artifact count(both can fit but perhaps cutting a Fling effect lets us get goblin buddy in)
Champion helm I think will eventually end up being something you cut. Good card but it doesn't quite synergies with what your doing. You have a commander you want to more so play and have him die quickly to kill someone or haste knock on someone who is open. If he lasts more then a turn cycle I'll be surprised. Other cards that are important could be good to protect so it's going to be good. But perhaps some more redundancy in the deck would be better served.
Shadowspear is going to be great. If you really want to go deep into your pockets. The newer enchantment land that makes karns constructs would work well in most decks especially here. Urza's Saga
Looking into nonbasic lands is a great Idea both valukut and war room are great.
Two handed axe I've never seen it Will increase your permanent count as well as help you win out of no where. It's worth looking into for sure. But I'm not sold on it quite yet. Mostly the play and equipt cost.
Regarding wild mage I think Fable of mirror breaker is hands down better. If you want however you could always play both. Not sure what to cut atm but perhaps after getting goblin buddy that can be next.
Treasure Map is a all star. It probably should be in more decks but it's a tad slow. You need to be able to make treasures like you can here to make it amazing.
I'll look more into ideas on what to cut later today.

All fair points! So in past matches I have flung other creatures after equipping either Nettlecyst, Blackblade Reforged, and Strata Scythe to the creature. Usually this is more late game after Maraxus tax is too high.
The thing with Champion's Helm and the importance of hexproofing Maraxus is you want to wait to fling him until your turn for maximum damage, since a lot of lands are going to be tapped after casting him. Also you don’t always have a fling-like card in hand so he sometimes needs protection while you dig.
Delina is really fun because I’ve casted fling on the copy of Maraxus after combat damage, it’s pretty funny when that happens.
Maybe Urabras is a good cut, 5 CMC is a lot for an effect you have to wait to use

Ideas on cuts.
3drop slot is huge. 27 3 drops. That is a third of the deck.
Rush of Blood Fatal Frenzy are one off effects I'd suggest a dmg doubler in the deck and that covers their effect and more.
Exhibition Magician for curve I'd cut it and run either Wily Goblin if you want simular effect or a fun card
Tenza, Godo's Maul good card solid include but perhaps Lightning Greaves instead or As another hasty card.
Plundering Barbarian there are better versions of cards if you want the treasure or the removal.
Outpost Siege might not be pulling enough weight here exile 1 card per turn. I doubtyou will use the other mode most games. Imposing Grandeur is a 1 time draw spell. Or Laelia, the Blade Reforged for card draw with body perhaps.
Urabrask, Heretic Praetor worth trying but I'm not a fan. Seems like it's a hate piece that puts a target on your head without doing much. I haven't play tested it but that's my thoughts.
Brash Taunter seems dec include idea
Cavalier of Flame could be plan b sac with some pumps for team. Or...Malignus good maybe fun yes.
Curve needs a peek but it'll probably perform decent!

I could probably cut either Rush of Blood or Fatal Frenzy however I would need to replace one with Fiendish Duo because I want both Maraxus's combat to be double damage and the flings to be double damage and I want the damage doublers to only work against my opponents and not myself.
I've thought about cutting Exhibition Magician for Wily Goblin but I do like the versatility of being able to make a citizen in case I'm up against an Aristocrat deck running group hug sac cards like Dictate of Erebos. I think it's a safer cards for sticky situations, treasures can't block either
While Lightning Greaves is very good, I don't think it's that good in fling decks. Being in a situation where Maraxus is my only creature will likely come up and then I will not be able to move Greaves off of him when I go to fling him. The same can be said for when I draw new equipment, if Maraxus is on board equipped with Greaves I cannot equip new equipment to him unless I have another creature to move Greaves onto. Shroud and Fling strategies just don't add up for me, which is why I'm stoked to have Champion's Helm
I like Laelia, the Blade Reforged maybe I will try and squeeze that in. I like that it has haste too. Imposing Grandeur seems fun too, I am still not sold on it though because I always end up holding my flings in my hand for the right moments and it's not a guarantee that I will draw a new fling effect after a wheel, that's why I prefer the exile top card of library draw effects, or the treasure making draw cards.

I like when people win with Brash Taunter and build around it, it feels out of place for this deck and theme though. I feel like if someone's going to include it they basically build around it or at least build around that theme of damaging their own creatures.
Malignus over Cavalier of Flame.
I used to have another version of this deck that had Bloodforged Battle-Axe, since it makes so many copies it can really pump Maraxus. I also used to run Neheb, the Eternal so I could Fling Maraxus pre combat, and then recast and reequip post combat with ease and without tapping lands.
That are your thoughts in adding those cards somehow?

Lot of things. Before I get into other things. Let's talk meta. If you run into trouble with aristocrat style decks for instance Rage Thrower or Anger of the Gods will make them hurt XD graveyard shenanigans you have exile grave artifacts and the desert that's sacs to exile graves.(forgot its name)
Basically I'm curious what you have in your meta? It'll effect what you want for sure. If you shift groups or know what you have trouble with in your area that works too.

Definitely casual and mostly playing at commander nights at games stores, so I run into almost everything. I don't like to build to directly counter friends decks though. I'd rather make the deck average or ready for possible situation. Which is why cards like Exhibition Magician because it varies from game to game what option I choose.

OK I get the meta thing. Tbh up to you. Scavenger Grounds I'd suggest added to manabase to have 1 grave exile effect at least. Have an answer feels better even if you don't draw it.
As for modes on cards in commanderthey are important. I'm against the mage for curve reasons more so then anything else (also list is getting tighter). T3 ramping isn't the best. T3 making 2 bodies isn't the best. It's when they are together that makes it playable.
Fiendish Duo is a great card but there are some enchantments that double or triple with one that is a source you control if you want instead. I realize for instance Gratuitous Violence doesn't work it was in my list mb XD
Fair point on the greaves.
Laela is a great card by itself but if you exile a card you might not want to cast it can feel bad. Red card draw generally is like that. For now I'd suggest gobo Engineer. He can do some great work for you. A tutor for academy manufator or haste/trample/ramp enabler is spicy. Give deck some additional steam late if you lose some of your important artifacts.
Brash Taunter fight your commander. It is a 3 mana Fling effect every turn without sacing that doubles as a good blocker here. @.@ you don't need too much more synergies then that I think.
Neheb is a great big red deal damage to face payoff card. I've ended up cutting him out of my decks as I never seem to get him to survive a round. I worry you may run out of cards in hand to play and don't have alot of mana sync type cards. Worth trying maybe.
For the battle axe. It might be a good option to pump your creatures/make tokens but you can't swing a creature with it until like t5 most of the time. That's alot for it to do its thing. Then no double strike or free equipt makes it super expensive quickly. I love the card as for years I mostly ran mono white equipment vultron/tokens. But here the deck would have to refocus somewhat on equipment to make it work well.

My friend brought up that I should just cut Loxodon Warhammer since I don't care as much about combat and I have a few other lifelink cards already, and equip 3 is a little high. So I cut it for Brash Taunter
I can't believe I didn't think of Brash Taunter's activated ability when you suggested the card. Really it's going to be so nasty and I can tutor it with Imperial Recruiter.
I cut Anger for Goblin Engineer, i'll live without the haste. Worse comes to worst I can equip Haunted Cloak, Swiftfoot Boots, use Fable of the Mirror-Breaker Flip / Delina, Wild Mage to copy whatever card needs haste. Plus a few creatures already have haste like Laelia, the Blade Reforged, Captain Lannery Storm, Goldspan Dragon.
I cut Tempting Contract for Imposing Grandeur, last time I played with tempting contract everyone said no except for a hug deck every turn. Additionally on Xmage people always say no too. Imposing Grandeur can at least refill my hand in a tough situation.

BANE! I too was inspired to turn this horrible commander with the epic artwork into the bomb he rightfully should be.
Really like your list. We have some overlap in strategy. Only suggestion I have for you is Eternal Warrior super rare effect in red and is the strongest keyword for his unique ability.

Sweet! That card is cool, my only concern is with all the flinging I do in my deck auras aren’t the best since they will just go to the grave after the fling. That’s why I run Haunted Cloak for vigilance since I could reequip it after Maraxus dies and gets recast.

Discovered a card and thought of this deck almost immediately Fiendlash and a few ideas.
Fathom Fleet Swordjack damage per artifact you control
Goldspan Dragon your treasures tap for double.
Fiendlash dmg when hit
Kuldotha Rebirth 3 tokens for an artifact
Either kranko for tokens Lord of Shatterskull Pass 1 sided boardwipe every turn that is mana intensive but maybe worth considering.
