I saw Ricardo Martins version of Esper Dragon Mentors at the "Grand Prix Sao Paulo 2015". This is my take at making an alternate version of it due to the amount of pure control with overwhelming triggers.

I'm used to playing aggressive decks so going to counter oriented deck is big change. I'm looking for help with the sideboard and mainboard.

Goal of the Deck:Maintaining control of the board while having Monastery Mentor on the board generating tokens. Securring the game is usually Sorin, the Solemn Vistor or even Dragonlord Silumgar

The Scry lands and Life lands are to help me mitigate into turn three-four to decide what I can do make the game impactful in my favor.

The reason I'm only running 1x of Orator of Ojutai and Silumgar Assassin is for a draw mechanic and defend against the meta-games dragons and to sneak past the front line of the heavy aggro decks. If their is a better way to go about doing that please leave a suggestion in the comments.
