This is my Mimeoplasm-Deck which has a very special place in my heart. My brother doesn't know anything about Magic but the fact that I love it so for my last birthday he made me a birthday card that looked like a Magic card. On it was a pic of us two fused together in the middle. The name of the card was "Sad Siamese", the card frame was black and the mana costs were . I found this so lovely that I thought about building a deck around it and after some thinking it dawned upon me that The Mimeoplasm is not only Sultai like the birthday card but his ability is in fact being a Sad Siamese. I was so eager to build it that it practically build itself. I know there are a lot of ways to build Sad Siamese and my build may not be the most competitive but it's very Timmy like my playstyle so I kept it as true to myself as possible. In my playgroup it's definitely feared.

You wanna mill yourself with stuff like Grisly Salvage or Sultai Ascendancy or you wanna choose specifically which cards go in your yard with Frantic Search or the tutor-ish Buried Alive. Mostly until turn 4 you ramp and mill and then bring out your Sad Boi choosing some of your creatures you put into the yard. To protect him from most single target removal I chose to include a lot of cards like Simic Sky Swallower or Plated Crusher (which I will at some point swap with Carnage Tyrant if I catch a good bargain) and of course the typical Greaves/Boots duo. Also you wanna make sure your damage goes through and your 17/17 creature doesn't get chump blocked, so the creatures I choose have either trample, flying or very specific effects like Siege Behemoth or the stax-y Stormtide Leviathan. The thing I love about this is the flexibility. Maybe your first Sad Boi is a 12/12 Fleet Swallower which makes your dragon-tribal-opponent mill half his deck and after a mass removal on the board your second Sad Boi is suddenly a 21/20 Hellkite Tyrant. Or you go classic with a 20/24 Inkwell Leviathan. Maybe you do it like me in the late game, pull off a Living Death and suddenly have multiple big threats on the battlefield which you sacrifice one after another to Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord. The possibilities are all there.

Thanks for reading and if you took some inspiration from this you're very welcome as I know how much fun the Sad Siamese can be. :)

List will get updated as I play more with this deck.
