Necrotic Ooze to be buffed from all the creatures in graveyards

Nemesis of Reason and Lazav, Dimir Mastermind both aid in mill and make good use of it.

Chainer, Dementia Master and Geth, Lord of the Vault for pulling stuff out of opponents graveyards for your own good.

Keening Stone with Traumatize is great but on its own it can do some serious damage. cool deck man +1, I know fromm experience The Mineoplasm EDH decks can take players down fast with opponents being unable to fight back.

last note, you should get Threshold with this deck pretty easily right? if so Krosan Restorer

mymanpotsandpans I don't think Necrotic Ooze will be worth it in this deck, since most of my activated abilities revolve around sacrificing stuff. As for the rest of the cards you suggested, I'm keeping this deck focused on self-milling because I generally find milling to be a boring strategy. I also hate getting milled by other people, so I wouldn't want to do unto others what I wouldn't find fun for them to do unto myself :)

It's a shame that Lazav, Dimir Mastermind doesn't count my own graveyard, otherwise I would've definitely included him. As for Krosan Restorer , having my early drops mill is my top priority, which is why Millikin and Deranged Assistant are in the deck. At 3 mana Buried Alive and Splinterfright are much more attractive plays. Granted, I'm playing Farhaven Elf , but I continue to get benefits from the Elf even after it dies in the form of the land it fetched. But you're definitely right about the threshold mechanic. I should try looking through some cards with that ability and see if there's anything that I can use, so thanks for the tip :)

I wish the people in my play group felt the same about milling in edh as a boring strategy. They get all giddy when they target one person and mill them out. I don't know dude you already got Lord of Extinction on your to do list. But for the Threshold ability Stone-Tongue Basilisk seems like a practical card but on the silly side a Krosan Beast and Nut Collector ,

(puts on sunglasses)

that would be NUTS.

Yeeeeaaaaahhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nut Collector might maybe be worth running in the deck. I've got a Creakwood Liege , but it's so color intensive that it doesn't really work in the deck, but the Collector is much easier to cast. Might consider it over Verdant Force .

I should probably also consider Eternal Witness and Pharika's Mender -like creatures.. Shadowborn Demon , Sheoldred, Whispering One and Apprentice Necromancer should probably also be added to the maybe-list. I'll look to include them in the future, Shadowborn Demon because you can never have too much removal in a deck playing 56 creatures, and Sheoldred, Whispering One because I've got plenty of stuff to reanimate.

Amazing deck! like seriously, who wouldn't want a giant piece of flubber with a T rex arm as a commander?

Oh and one suggestion would be Lotleth Troll he could be useful.

Not sure how I didn't +1 this at all yet, but thanks for coming up with this deck! I actually made this deck as the first deck I have ever owned for EDH. I made a few minor changes to it that you might like as well that are generally just better options.

Verdant Force > Siege Behemoth

1 CMC lower and 3 lower toughness for both Hexproof and the ability to either make Mimeoplasm pseudo unblockable, enable Mimeoplasm to be pseudo unblockable, and/or enable your entire field to be pseudo unblockable (especially off living death). Need more be said?

Plated Slagwurm > Archetype of Endurance

I saw that you were looking at this one already, and I would say its worth it putting it in. While it is a bit weaker body and 1 CMC higher, everything on your field can't be touched by targeting, and your opponents stuff can be, which opens them up to Avatar of Woe other people taking out their stuff (usually their commander).

Vivid Grove > Opulent Palace

Unless you are going to play something from another color, this is strictly better in every way and cheaper.

The other things I changed were things you had already suggested on the maybeboard or just cheaper options, such as Invisible Stalker for Looter il-Kor and Command Tower for Dryad Arbor. Either way, thanks you so much for making the deck!

Raptorlisk thank you very much for your comment :)

It's been too long since I did a proper update of my EDH deck lists, so I'll definitely be considering yours and other suggestions for this and my other decks.

I'd feel bad about replacing Looter il-Kor with Invisible Stalker because they serve two slightly different purposes. Looter acts as, well, a looter in the early game while potentially making mimeoplasm hard to block later, whereas Stalker is all-in on the kill plan while not doing as much work early as the Looter. Still, it's probably time to throw it in there for good measure. Same goes for Archetype of Endurance :)

Also Dryad Arbor is nice because it counts as a creature while being in the graveyard for the purposes of things like Mortivore. Whether or not the +1/+1 is worth the summoning sickness is debatable, though.
