Well, obviously a deck that makes use of the thraumaturge+X-Spells and free X-Spells*Dismiss into dreams.

This deck was designed with multiplayer in mind. With a thraumaturge and in a pentagamma (4 other players), blatant thivery turns into a cheap give-me-all-you got spell :D

Kioras follower and Kozileks predator are either good for ramping it up a bit and later, after a focussed boardwipe, for swinging. Also, follower+Dismiss=permanent fun.

Propaganda is a deterrent and buys time until I get the 7 mana. Hidden string helps too, but can be a minimal ramping tool as well, if I got a growth chamber.

Leyline of Anticipation because mass removal is more fun in an enemies turn and because I wanted to have it in a deck like this.

The mana base is poorly designed, I agree, however quite cheap. This deck is meant for a bit of multiplayer fun inbetween, so no cards above 3 Dollars are in it :D
